Mill is situated close to the ancient Stannery towns of Ashburton and
Buckfastleigh, midway between the city of Exeter with its magnificent
Cathedral and the modern city of Plymouth with the Hoe and its historic
maritime associations. It is in an area of the Dartmoor National Park with

Butterfly Farm and the Otter Sanctuary are all within walking distance.
Daily return trips from Totnes to Dartmouth on the river Dart are a great
attraction.
